Beyond Fitness:

Upon joining before you attempt any workout or training, you will enjoy the following:

  1. Full Body Assessment Procedure
    • Posture assessment - using the Postural Analysis Grid Chart (to check on skeletal spinal issues or imbalance muscles development)
    • Heart Rate Test – an additional of the cardiovascular fitness level to determine the fitness level stages
    • Back to Basic – members will go through a basic form of exercise to ensure members are familiar and understand the exercise movement for the group class to prevent injuries
    • Progress record – members will be provided a progress tracker so as to know the progress they have made
